Parts made by Jolt Systems are designed primarily for racing, off road and show use only - not for street use. We are not responsible for damages, injury or loss when using our products - especially from misuse or use of the product in ways that it is not designed for - in any way, shape or form. We reserve the right to change specifications on products as well as designs. Motorsports are dangerous, and automotive customization can be an expensive hobby - Please engage at your own discretion.

Pricing

Jolt Systems reserves the right to change advertised pricing at any time, without notice. We have a strict MAP (minimum advertised pricing) policy with all of our vendors and will not sell below MAP, even if the pricing is misprinted. We are also not responsible for price increases by vendors or our products. Buyer acknowledges price upon ordering. Jolt Systems 

Availability

Due to the custom nature of our products, Most harnesses and wiring systems have a prevalent lead time to be built and assembled to spec once ordered. While we have an ever-growing list of stocked items, many vendor items are drop shipped from the manufacturer. If availability of an item is found to not meet original expectations presented, Jolt Systems will notify the purchaser within 24 hours of the original order being placed, and give them the options to 1.) receive a full refund, or 2.) leave the order in place and receive the item as soon as it is available.

If an order contains a mix of stocked items and custom-built items, we will present the option to the purchaser to ship items as they are available, rather than waiting for the entire order in one shipment. Please note that additional charges may apply for multiple shipments.

Returns

Absolutely NO returns on sale items, fees for custom quotes, EFI harnesses, electronic devices, downloadable software products or custom orders.

Jolt Systems accepts returns that have not been damaged and or altered including the original packaging. If products have been purchased through a different vendor, please process your return with the vendor from which the product was originally purchased. Returned items must be in new condition when received back from the purchaser. Jolt Systems has a strict 30 day return policy and all returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Orders for custom items cancelled while in process are subject to a 10% restock fee.

All return shipments MUST be sent via UPS, FedEx or other private label carrier. DO NOT send packages via US postal service. The package will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

Return shipment charges are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with sufficient insurance. We are not responsible for damages or losses in return shipment. We will only refund the original purchaser back the amount less the restocking fee and shipping costs.

If an item received is deemed unacceptable for return, we will contact the customer and inform them of the exact reasons. The item will then be returned to the customer, with the customer being responsible for shipping costs.

Payment

Jolt Systems accepts all forms of payment including all major credit cards, cash and PayPal. Please note that we will NOT ship until payment has been processed/received. We bill all cards before shipment, and shipping is pre-calculated before being billed so the customer only receives one charge to their card.

Shipping

All ground orders are processed in the order in which they are received and ONLY air/express orders take first priority in shipping. We strive to ship products as fast as we can, but due to the nature of the items some packages may require extra handling time. As of 7/1/2019, we are at a 1 business day processing time for orders of stocked items. Orders of stocked items placed by 2pm central will ship the same day. We ship primarily by UPS, but can also ship via FedEx or USPS if the customer prefers. We do our best to accommodate the customer in receiving their order in the timeliest manner. We offer international shipping via DHL, and all taxes/duties will be billed to the purchaser. 

Shipment Loss/Damage Claims

Any damaged, missing contents, or loss in shipment must be reported to Jolt Systems within 5 business days of receiving a shipment.We will replace any damaged parts or losses with proper proof of damages and / or losses including pictures sent to us. We will NOT be responsible for damages and or losses reported after the 5 business day period. 

Missing Package Contents

While we strive to do our best for the customer, mistakes can happen and not all parts may be received. Whether they are missing from the package due to carrier loss (UPS, FedEx or USPS) or by our own error, we must be notified within 5 business days of this loss or shortage of contents. Please make sure to always check your packages upon arrival for all components received. We will NOT be able to provide missing contents after 5 business days.
