Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: ALL processed sales incur a 3 - 4% processing fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstance, whether the order has shipped or not.
Absolutely NO returns on sale or closeout items, fees for custom quotes, engine harnesses, electronic devices, downloadable software products or custom orders.
Parts that have been installed, to any extent including mock-up, shall not be accepted for return. Connectors that exhibit marking or damage from a pick or other tooling will not be accepted.
Jolt Systems accepts returns that have not been damaged and or altered including the original packaging. If products have been purchased through a different vendor, please process your return with the vendor from which the product was originally purchased. Returned items must be in new condition when received back from the purchaser. Jolt Systems has a strict 30 day return policy and all returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Orders cancelled for custom-built and custom-configured products in process are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Return shipment charges are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with sufficient insurance. We are not responsible for damages or losses in return shipment. We will only refund the original purchaser back the amount less the restocking fee and shipping costs.
If an item received is deemed unacceptable for return, we will contact the customer and inform them of the exact reasons. The item will then be returned to the customer, with the customer being responsible for shipping costs.
Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled by written or verbal request. Order cancellations of standard in-stock products that are requested before the order ships are subject to a 3% restocking fee. We are charged a non-refundable processing fee for every order, which will therefore not be refunded to the customer.
Jolt Systems provides a variety of products that are custom-configured specific to the customer's request. Due to the custom nature of certain Jolt Systems products, please be aware of lead times associated with custom-built products. Cancellation of all orders involving products that are custom-built or built per order are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Orders that have already been shipped and released to the shipping carrier cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions. Once shipment has been delivered, see above.
