Job Description:

We are looking for a goal-driven, career oriented craftsperson to grow with our brand. Duties will include:

• Work directly with company leadership / product development team to efficiently construct wire harness products.
• Work directly with leadership and production teams to document, implement and drive standardized processes and procedures.
• Provide solutions relative to production, testing and quality control initiatives.
• Effectively present and communicate information for efforts of continuous product and process improvement.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Supervision:

• This position reports directly to the company owner.

Essential Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to efficiently produce wire harness products from engineering drawings, job documents and bills of materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Ability to adhere to and to drive standardized / structured procedures with shop floor routing, product construction and quality control procedures.
• Solid computer skills.
• Good math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to understand and comply to of IPC / WHMA standards (we will train you).
• Genuine interest and familiarity with automotive, motorsports and / or truck and agricultural equipment.

• The employee frequently is required to sit and walk
• Use hands and fingers to perform assembly operations with small parts.
• Use simple hand tools such as cutters, crimpers, wire strippers and heat guns requiring basic grip strength and finger dexterity.
• The employee must frequently lift up to 20 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific visions abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
