Job Description:

We are looking for a socially ambitious, media-savvy creative thinker to help continue to grow our brand. Duties will include:

• Highlighting our products and services through various media platforms
• Traveling to motorsport events, trade shows and  as needed
• Creating and editing videos for YouTube and other platforms
• Documenting behind the scenes content
• Working with both our internal and external teams on media content and branding projects.

We will consider all levels of experience, but prefer someone who has a base level of knowledge and ability. The right candidate must be motivated to think creatively and to determine their own strategies and solutions to solve problems and produce results from high-level and baseline guidance. As a key factor of success in this position is understanding the engineering and manufacturing processes that make our products great, the ideal candidate will be fully trained in our production processes, and will be able to help with wire harness production and shop projects as needed.

This is an in-person position at our Urbana, IA facility, so please do not apply if you are not local, or willing to relocate. After the initial 90-day training period, the possibility for partial remote work (1-2 days per week) may be reviewed.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Genuine interest and familiarity with automotive, motorsports and / or truck and agricultural equipment.
• Ability to self-initiate, drive results and propose creative solutions from high-level and baseline guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented, quality-focused mindset.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel when needed (<3 months / year).
• Basic understanding of still / product photography and editing, with willingness to learn more.
• Basic understanding of video editing and production, with willingness to learn more.

• This position reports directly to the company owner / founder.
