A Wisconsin Farmer was facing countless electrical gremlins on his 2006 Massey-Ferguson 8470 tractor, and was shocked to find mass deterioration throughout nearly every major wiring harness in the tractor - The engine harness, transmission harness, 3-point lift harness and several supporting sub-harnesses had significant patches where the wire insulation became dry and brittle, flaking off and making direct shorts throughout the tractor's entire electrical control systems. To make matters worse, all of these harnesses had been discontinued as AGCO service parts, rendering no help from the dealership. 

After scouring online, he found us, and we put together a plan. His service shop lifted the cab and carefully removed the harnesses, then sent them to us. We then meticulously reverse-engineered each harness, wire by wire, and produced direct replacements that will install cleaner, perform better and last longer than the OEM harnesses.

What makes our replacement an improvement over the original:

• Genuine connectors, terminals and components used throughout, with updated and improved versions used where applicable.
• Improved branching / breakout structure installs just like the original, but with additional flexibility for specific leads where needed, and less exposed wire.
• non-split braided nylon looming instead of split plastic loom withstands abrasion, is easier to route and install, and doesn't trap dirt or fluids.

This harness suite is a direct reproduction / replacement for AGCO, Challenger and Massey-Ferguson tractors with tier 2 / tier 3 Sisu 8.4L engines and CVT transmissions, including but not limited to:
